Patience and Consistency

What makes a teacher great?

It’s really difficult to teach the same thing every year to different students. What requires most is patience on the part of the teacher to teach the same thing every year with the same details over and over again.

Another thing that’s important is consistency. Although you teach the same thing every year, what’s important is that you explain it with all the details every time as you know that you have different students but the same topic.

I believe this patience and Consistency are the two factors that make a teacher great.

Not to forget the role of students too. The work of students and their success in life also makes a teacher great. And throughout their life, students thank their teachers for making them capable of achieving their goals.

A teacher is a great motivator too. A positive attitude is required by a teacher to motivate the students.

What are your daily habits?

Wake up in morning early

Do reading

Prepare tiffin for kids

Go to work

Then back from work in afternoon and relax and lunch

Evening walk with imagining my books scenes to be written

Dinner

Go to sleep early

In post office time, And before office time, I do all my writing and creativity.

Champak

Do you remember your favorite book from childhood?

I was fond of champak which used to come twice a month. I used to wait for it every time and enjoyed the reading.

The characters were animals from the jungle and had very childish names. But the outcome of the story used to be a moral lesson always. It imbibed within me the empathy.

I have taken a subscription to the book for my kids as well. I want through easy reading, they can also get to know the morals.

My Own book among three

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

My first non academic read by great author Mr Chetan Bhagat was ‘One Indian Girl’. It really had a great impact, as I got inclined to non academic books after reading it

Second was ‘Think like a monk’ by Jay Shetty. It was really an awesome book which helped me to develop introspection and a positive attitude.

It’s my first creation in non academics. Also it happened to be the first but not the last. Presently I am working on another book, almost half of it is complete and I have many more ideas ready.
