How do you practice self-care?

Self care is the key point for happiness.

If you are not into self care, no matter how you earn or live, happiness and contentment is only a mirage. The moment you indulge into self care, you will enjoy each and every moment of your life

I practice following for self care

1.go on a walk in the evening,

2. restrict myself from overeating,

3. Reading books

4. Penning down my emotions

5. Getting face massage with scrub and cream

6. Eating fresh fruits and dry fruits

7. Getting adequate sleep, going to bed early and rising early

8. Compliant with my medicines
